Just find a forum that you are interested in and leave forum signatures after posting a reply to an existing post or when you are starting a new post. Example – If your targeted keyword is “make money quick” then as them to link to that instead o linking to a picture. And always record the websites that you have exchange links with and monitor them often to see the link still exists (there are some webmasters and bloggers who will just remove your link after a few months thinking you’ve forgotten about the link exchange).
